Sir/Madam,
I am a xolo smartphone user, from past two months I am fed up because of a xolo phone that I've purchased. When i bought the phone it was not working well, shopkeeper himself replaced the phone. Then again, I deposited it with the service centre for the second time on 23.08.2014 ( work order no. :[protected], Model: Xolo Q1000 OpusOpus), I got a replacement phone after 40 days from company after complaining for several time. The replacement that I received from company turned out to be a faulty one, it started overheating when using the phone. Then again for the third time, I deposited the phone with service center on 07.10.2014, (Work order No.:[protected], Model: Q1000 Opus, IMEI: [protected]) which was to be delivered after 15 days, but till now there is no sign of getting the phone back, despite of putting up several complaints with customer care executive, they've never been resolve till date, I request you to please look into this matter and provide me with a solution. Why had they set up a customer care center when no complaints are resolved by the executives. There is no concerned person whom I can contact to address my problem. I'm totally screwed up, its been more than 2 months, and it is enough time to replace any part of the phone.
I don't have any choices left with me. Xolo has not left any choices for me. If my complaint is not solved within this week, it'll be hard for me to wait anymore. I'll have to file a complaint with consumer court to get the solution for my problem if the concerned persons of xolo cannot provide my problem.
Because as I've got a faulty replacement, I don't anymore trust this company that I'll get a problem free repaired phone, may be it will create problem again in the coming days. I've purchased a phone to use it, but I think I'll never get to use it!
