[Resolved] Xolo — Faulty phone sale and cheating

Model - Q100 Opus IMEI No. - [protected] Since the day one I bought the phone I am facing these problems. Even after giving it to service center these problems are not resolved. 1. Power button is not working 2. Voice is not reaching to other end. On companies request I resubmitted my phone to same service center C Com Telecommunications Pvt L. Work Order Number :[protected] I got an SMS that my phone is repaired. When I went to collect I got the broken and used phone of different IMEI number. This shows careless and irresponsible of companies approach. In previous email xolo company mentioned it will take time to fix the problem and this is what they have done. Rgds, Sanjay
