i have submitted the phone on date 16th Feb 2015 on next day they are telling ur phone is in under repair and have told varsha madam that i going out with my family on date 27th Feb 2015 till 10 to 15 days i m going to out of town so u tell me that i want phone q3000 with bill, with warrnty, white color, flip cover charger & headphones so, tell me ur customer care not proper answering to my question i telling that give me ur factory no. or give ur senior to talk they telling we have not authority to give the call i got the mail also on my is work order no is[protected] i m telling that please send the its replacing only they are telling what ever u want do u can do complaint o[censored]s. so u tell me where should i go to ask the phone
