[Resolved]  Xolo — For services

I want to share my current work order no[protected] and old no :[protected] also sending you my call sheet. I’m facing the same problem last 2 months in my mobile, problem is switched off frequently. I complained many times n also going in service center but they didn't response. There.There is no way of talking in service center n customer care also…they treat us like a fool so I decided not using this brand in future..You r not providing good facility. They told only 1 solution that is update your software. I want to ask you there is only 1 solution r provided by your company for all problems? I know very well about the software updation m also working in technical department.

i am very harassment for services of "Xolo" i was trying many time to call local service center no.. But they didn't pic up tha call.
around 1 or 2 tym they picked the call n dissconnect.. then i visit on local service center they are only saying your mobile is under processing but dont say how many time they require?

xolo care alway say i cant help you. Your work order under process but not tell how many time require?

After many escalation I got Call from number :- [protected] (Mr. Ragunath - service head of xolo) his number alway busy...and not proper response me.They don't tell me how many times they required?

My warranty period is till 1/11/2014...if i m not satisfied with xolo services then i am decided to throw the xolo mobile in dustbin and the responsible is only xolo Company.

and last say about XOLO comapny is froude, lasy, not mainten and very low profile. company
