I bought Xolo Q900 on[protected], thinking of it as a good brand and assuming that the company would provide me good after sales support.
The handset i purchased started malfunctioning within a couple of days. It started heating furiously and restarting by itself within minutes. I took the handset to the authorized Xolo Service Center in Meerut, on[protected]. The received the handset, providing the Worksheet no[protected], stating that once dispatched to company, i will receive it back repaired or replaced within 10-15 days. So i just contacted them after the given date only. Then they told me that the complaint is still pending and my handset is at the company's end. It will take another 5-7 days. I waited for that period as well, and wen contacted again after that period, the result was the same. Every time i call them i am told that my complaint is pending with the company and my handset is still in the company. Today its more than a month and the result is ZERO. I never thought of such a pathetic after sales service from xolo. Now i can never recommend Xolo to anyone.
I also tried contacting the Area Manager, Mr. Piyush at [protected], but he simply rejects the call and never bothered to respond. The first month of the warranty of my product has been over and the handset was never used by me *:| straight face. I am literally shocked by the service provided by the company, and think that i have wasted my money going with xolo, and made a mistake preferring xolo over other brands.
Sir i request you to please look into it and help me get back my handset ASAP. I will be highly grateful to you.
