Xolo Mobile — Delay in repairing

I gave my XOLO Q2000 ( IMEI NO. [protected]) mobile to your bhubaneswar service center on dated 2/6/2015, vide work order no.[protected], to change my LCD display. but till now my mobile is not repaired & your service center representative also unable to give me the exact date of delivery. kindly help me.
