I had purchased a Xolo A500s Lite mobile on 09-04-15 and after 6 months o[censored]sing it, I faced a" Power key issue" and given the phone to the Xolo Service Center, Cochin (Service center Name is " UNITECH SOLUTIONS") on 17/11/2015.It has 6 month warrenty also.Work Order No:[protected]. Bt Service Executive told that, it will take 25 working days for resolving the issue bcz of non availabilty of Power key stock. Jayakrishnan R, Kerala, Cochin.
