[Resolved] Xolo — Mobile doesn't repaired

Sir,
My name is Ankit kumar and i m from Varanasi, i had submitted my phone (xolo black 1x) in service center . My correspondence no. is [protected].
My work order no. Is[protected] . I submitted my phone on date 23.08.2016 due to the problem of battery on the my phone. They says that it will take 10 days in repairing but when i called them after 10 days..they says it doesn't repaired till now and demanding 3 days extra.. after 3 days they told we will make your phone today and called you at evening. But they didn't call me. When i call the no. Can't be connected. Kindly submit my complaint and take necessary action about this.

Shruthi babar's response have given my xolo 8Xhive mobile for service before 1month, they have said they ll b replacing me new handset but i didnt get still, service centre of vellore didnt recieve the handset from headoffice, my phone number is [protected].please replace my set as soon as possible

My xolo black purchased on 25 th feb 2016 from snapdeal is now making issuses for touch the keyborad does not works words are typed twice &unexpectly & by last 2 days its soft keys are also stopped working pls suugest solution it also zooms screen unnecessary
