Dear sir, I bought xolo q-900 phone 27/09/2014 after using 10 day problem was start it. phone was hanging up & heating up and last time phone got dead and I went to xolo authorized service center in Ghaziabad which is at Hans plaza (chauhan Communication) they said phone is having software problem they will check my phone after 2 days and asked me to come after 2 days but they took my phone on 28/01/2015 ( WORK ORDER NO[protected] to repair after checking they said my phone mother board is dead they will send my phone to Noida for replacement and i will get new handset with in 15 days. After following up after 14 days they said in Noida they dont have any spare mobile to replace ( what the hell). It will take more time to get replacement. After that I call customer care to know the status of my phone they said my phone is under repair i said that your phone will be repair in one week. It’s true that xolo customer service is worst I trusted this upcoming mobile company but I gain very bad experience after purchasing xolo product. Please replace my phone or refund my Rs-11999 asap if I don’t get my phone till 20/02/15 then i will approach to consumer court .
