[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — No response of customer service center

On 23/07/2015 i had submitted my phone at xolo service center, Ahuja mobile nai sadak gwalior 474001. my phone is xolo one and its IMEI no. [protected]. there was a display problem in the phone. but there was no spare parts in the service center that's why i submitted my phone in the service center. but it is about one month they are not repairing the phone. they always says that they don't have spare parts to repair my phone. its creating problems to me. Sir, request you to please take some action against the company and i want that my phone get repaired as early as possible. thank you

Updated by yash parate sorry sir, i am unable to send you work order no. because service center had not provided me any work order no. when ever i call xolo customer care for the status of my phone they ask me to provide the IMEI no of my phone. i request u to track my phone with IMEI no.
