[Resolved]  Xolo — Mobile not repaired from last three months

It is to bring in to your kind notice that I purchased a XOLO handset of IMEI Number/ Serial Number-[protected]; on August 25, 2014 for twelve thousand and forty nine rupees (copy of the bill is attached). I deposited my phone on February 25, 2015 to the XOLO service center Hoshiarpur, Friends Telecom for repair as the display and the touch of the set were damaged /broken. But they didn’t issue the job sheet on the same day. Since then they have changed the job sheet four times by closing the previous requests without informing me.They returned it to me on May 23, 2015 without repairing, after keeping it for three months approximately. The copy of one job sheet is being enclosed here with, and rest all job sheets are taken back by them. Please look into the matter and solve the issue as early as possible as already the issue had been delayed for so long.
