[Resolved] Xolo — mobile not woring

I Purchased XOLO Q600, having IMIE no. [protected] and [protected] Sr no. 0600013J032500 during Dec-13. My handset has problem with XOLO secure and flashes error message immediately. It is not allowing to do factory reset because of XOLO secure. I am unable to disable XOLO secure as mobile is giving error message Error message are : Unfortunately process com.google.gapps has stopped. I went to your both the service centre at AHmedabad. 1) M/s Abhishek Technologies, Drive in Road at Ahmedabad and 2) Shreeji Communicatio at Vastrapur. They do not know about uninstallation of XOLO secure and factory reset. They suggested me to throw XOLO phone and purchase new mobile set of another brand. I wrote mail to xolo service center. The asked me to talk toll free number. I called up toll free number. They asked me to visit XOLO service center. It appears that XOLO company is cheating customers by selling third class quality of mobile handsets.
