i had buy my XOLO Q 1000 opus handset in jan-2014 and its touch scree stop working on 5 nov-2014.i complain in service centre and they told me that your handset will go to NOIDA service centre and its touch panel will changed, and also told me that it will take 1 month.after one month they told me that you come and receive your handset.when i go to received it its colour is changed my handset was WHITE its change to BLACK.it was not new handset but REUSED HANDSET by some one else.and as i insert SIM card i received SMS that i have used the stolen handset.Also there was sms and, photos and so many data inside the HANDSET.the service centre person was also shocked and told me that " aaj kal company yehi kar rahi hai uska phone mujhe aur mera phone use".then service centre persons give me the contact no of some one at LUCKNOE centre and he told me that " aapko to ab isse hi kaam chalana padega"phone is of Rs 9750.00.Actually service centre gives me the handset of other people.having diffrernt IMEI no which is crime.i want either company change my handset with new one or refund me my money.
