[Resolved] Xolo — Mobile Repair and issue with Service center person | |||
I have submitted my Q800 Mobile phone for repairing on 18th June 2015. I also have Service center person no. [protected]/[protected] his name Pawan but now both no. switched off and even they r not ready to return my phone. I called so many times but whenever i called they always told me till will take time and all. 15 days before that person told me i ll give you your phone this month but now no. switched off, its already 6 months completed and Customer Service center shop closed. Please do needfull and i went so many times your Khairtabad Service center (Hyderabad)
till now your service center close.

Sandeep called me and he told me we are not able to find out your phone, he send me one mail 1 week back regarding complaint . Now i tried to reach him through mail but he is not at all responding to my mail . Can you please help me asap.
