Xolo Mobile — repair of mobile Xolo Omega 5.0 Workorder no.[protected].

I gave my mobile at xolo service center mayank services on 15/07/2015 for repair. After fourteen days no one even service center or xolocare not able to tell when my phone will be repaired. I think its my fault to purchase xolo mobile. Is there any one to tell when i will get my phone back.
