Dear sir,
i submitted my XOLO Q1010i for repair of my broken touch screen on 15th november2014 for which i have to pay rs 3550(as considered out of warranty repair) for a TAT of 25 days. after numerous followups, finally on 10th
dec2014 they were offering some repaired Xolo Q1010i(white) as
replacement to my original handset.I denied the offer and they took it
back and entered a re-call for new black handset as replacement. they
also told me it will take another 25 days or so to get may handset.
I as a customer loosing my warranty without using my phone(excluding
my other personal loses too). i want my handset in good working condition asap.who will compensate this loss.
