I am residing at Panipat, Haryana.
My XOLO set 8X 1020, screen got damaged a month back. At service center for around 15 days it was informed that they have ordered screen and as soon as it is received same will be replaced. However, after 15 days it is informed to us that we have to deposit our handset to them for sending the set to company as per new rules. We handed over the set to service center here on 20/07/2015 and the service order number is[protected]. We were informed that in 5-6 days it will be returned back.But regret to say that till date it is not returned back. Whenever asked, there is same reply that it has not come from company???Such poor service and such kind of irresponsible behavior from a reputed manufacturer like XOLO is not accepted and is highly disturbing. Kindly request you to treat the matter most urgent, look into the matter immediately and arrange to return back our hand set ASAP.
Kindly confirm me about the same by today evening.
