Am Dhamodharan i have purchase a XOLO Q3000 product on 12th June 2014 through ebay. I have really enjoyed an am fully satisfied with the product almost for last 10 months what ever its like battery backup and camera quality ect.
But Now i really disappointed the way i got service from xolo service center my mobile getting auto ON/OFF over heating and hanging problem for this issue now am visiting 5th time since from 4th may 2015 first 2times i have visited with my mobile to Xolo care at the time the person as told that mobile has been flashed and returned to me they not provided any work order no to me i have asked them for the same they didnt provide me.
Regarding the same i have made complaint in xolo customer care on 7th may 2015 Ref no 245224 then again i have same problem i have send my friend on 12th may morning on the day also they have returned the mobile that they have flashed & new software has been installed i have got the same problem and i have again visited to the service center on same day evening they informed me to brought the mobile on next day at last i have given my mobile for service & the great thing i have got work order no:[protected] for my mobile problem
But i not sure that this time i will receive my mobile as it is how i have given or after rectification Was this information helpful? |
