This mail is regarding worth service provided by the Xolo care (Authorized case center) Bapunagar, Ahmedabad
My Mobile model Xolo Q-510s Black (IMEI number: [protected]) purchase on Jan 2015 was not working since early Jun 2015 (the first problem which I faced, it was behaving unconditional and some key were not working, I had registered a request and submit my Mobile on 26 Jun 2015 for this problem.
They had returned me twice with some software update and etc but both the time it was again facing the same problem.
As a more than a month was passed but they still not able to solve the problem. I really frustrated with this mobile service. Can I expect a new Mobile if they will not able to your faulty Mobile?
