[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — xolo care not repairing & giving my mobile handset back | |||
I submitted my mobile xolo play 6x 1000 which is under warranty to the service center on 11/06/2015 (authorised service center of XOLO at chandigarh) work order no.[protected].The mobile had a problem of display. The person there told me that it will take around 7 days to repair and come back.After 7 days when I called I got the response that the mobile is still under repairing & they told me that i will get my mobile repaired on 27/06/2015 but when called them on 27/062015 they told me that ur handset is still in repairing process & again they gave me a new date 02/06/2015 .I m waiting from 20 days but till now i didn't get my mobile repaired .Again & again they are giving me new date .i m very frustreted with this .please help me for the same.
