I have purchased XOLO Q600S Mobile set almost 1 year back. Now Its battery is not functioning properly. I tried to replace the battery from Lava/Xolo Care center in Meerut but they denied it as the battery was not available. Even after placing an order 20 days back they didn't provide me battery. Each time they pass fake excuses. Please help me as the battery problem has become more severe now.
