[Resolved] Xolo Mobile — XOLO Q700 Mobile battery is very worst | |||
I bought a mobile XOLO Q700 by October 2013. After 7 months of purchased, the original battery of device was swollen up. As it was going to out of warranty as per told by retailer. Now, after 6 months and 6 days, the battery is again, the battery is swollen up. When I asked to the retailer, the concerned person told me to contact customer service center. As per concerned person of the customer service, they can't do anything as just warranty period is passed on from the date of purchase. The original battery is charged around 600/- INR. How can anybody bare up to Rs. 600/- for 6 months or more elaborate to say Rs, 100/- per month for only Mobile battery maintenance. This is very disgusting & prevent anybody to buy any XOLO devices.
