Xolo — Need a replacement or will go to consumer court

Dear Sir/madam Sub: took more than a month yet problem is nt resolved... As per our verbal conversation, I am sending you the details of Q2500 handset which was sent to RF 3 times for power key issue, internal storage full, display getting black, voice nt going out clear and all hearing speaker problem. 1st submission was on 29nt April 2015 --- Got delivered after on 19th may 2015 Again 2nd submission on 29th may 2015 Did complain on tall number ...complain number 327878 3rd submission on the same date of collection phone 19th June 2015 As a Customer i am escalated and requesting you to replacement of the handset. Or else going to file case on cunsumer form... Kindly arrange the give her replacement. Thanks. regards, Ekta thakkar [protected]
