Work order No.[protected] dt. 5/8/2014 Complain No. 751282 dt. 30/8/2014 I own a ZOLO Q1000s in which I faced certain problems. I submitted the phone in the company's Ghatkoper service center. They said the phone will go to the HO so will take 15 days. After 15 days when I called they said more 10-15 days. Then i called on the 30th of August and they said still 15 more days. I then registered a complain with the company helpline No. and said I will file a case in the consumer forum if an answer is not given in 2 days. The company sent an sms that a new replacement phone has been dispatched but model no Q1010i which dose not match Q1000s specification and my purpose. So I called again and asked for the same model replacement. They said sorry not in our hand the back end decides. They said once the new phone reaches the service center go there and say that I will not except it and further actions will be taken Was this information helpful? |
