[Resolved] Xolo — Non receipt of mobile get repaired even after lapse of 24 days - worst service and poor quality of mobile | |||
Sir, i purchased one xolo lt 20000 model on 27. 05. 2015 and just only one drop of water on the upper right side of the phone, that'all. The phone dead. Imagine, how the quality of phone is. Submitted to the service center on 08. 06. 2015. The work order no is[protected]. Imei no is [protected]. Still not get repaired. Every time the service people says "spares not received'. How a reputed international co. Would launch a product with out spares available in the market even after lapse of some month. Really astonishing and callousness attitude by the co. Towards customers. Please get it repaired immediately, otherwise preparing to seek redresal in the proper forum. My name is v. Ramesh. Contact no [protected].
