[Resolved]  Xolo — Not completing work and talking in an unbehavioural manner

Sir, I submitted my xolo a500 sips in Shakarpur, XOLO Service Center firstly on 26/06/2015 and received it on 17/07/2015 and again submitted it on 23/07/2015. They said that after a week I can collect my phone from them but yet they are saying that phone is not ready to use. My Reference No.[protected]. My Phone No. is [protected] pls help me to resolve the problem.
