[Resolved]  Xolo — not receive my phone from service center

I have purchase xolo q1010i at 01 nov 14 but after 1 month there problem in SIM detection problem in one slot so i was submit my phone at xolo service center as on date 04/12/14. at the same date i have received message from xolo service center your work order no.[protected] and expected delivery date 24/12/14. but still i not receive my phone after so many follow up. please tell me proper delivery date of my mobile.
