I have given my phone to repair under warranty at Xolo service center on 8th Oct and was told it will take 25 days however i have still not got my phone even after 45 days, I visited service center numerous time but no solution and after waiting for so long on 18th I got msg from them that my phone is repaired and when I went to collect I was told company has given me new phone new model that is Q900s and it had dual sim option however 1 Sim slot is for gsm and 1 for wcdma Sim slot (my phone is Q900 with both gsm sim slot n both my num are of gsm network) so refuse to accept that now they telling me again it will take 25 more days for any resolution... They also give xolo area sales manager number Mr Bhokta [protected] however his num always come busy for 24 hrs I don't know if they have given me fake num...This is harassment I was thinking of legal option however I came to know about you guys...Plz help me out My workorder num:[protected]

First like to thank this forum for forwarding my compliant to Xolo after that I got call from Mr Sandeep Day that my compliant
will be resolved as soon as possible but till date I have not receive my cell phone, secondly Mr Day is not responding to my calls, i have no idea when will i get my cell phone. ...plz help me what should I do next
