[Resolved]  Xolo — Not Received phone yet

I have XOLO Q500. My work order number is[protected]. I have submitted my phone on 21st November, 2014 to Abhishek Technologies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I got a message from company on same day that my Expected delivery date is 15th December, 2014. Its 30th December, 2014 still my phone is with company only. And more over my phone's warranty is getting over on 10th January, 2015. Still you are not able send me my handset then Extend my warranty. I called 10-20 times in customer care but they are not available. As well I got the number of Mr. Patel from Abhishek Technologies Who is Manager of Xolo of Gujarat, Even he is not picking up the call. I texted hime twice of my problem but no response from him too. Is this your service ? Please tell me the confirm delivery date of my phone. Hoping and waiting for your positive response.

I have purchase xolo q1010i at 01 nov 14 but after 1 month there problem in SIM detection problem in one slot so
i was submit my phone at xolo service center as on date 04/12/14. at the same date i have received message from xolo service center your work order no.[protected] and expected delivery date 24/12/14. but still i not receive my phone after so many follow up. please tell me proper delivery date of my mobile.
