[Resolved]  Xolo — not refunding the mobile

my phone display was broken down so i submitted it to xolo customercare in august month 2014 & when i talk to customercare they said your phone is in progress, i want to say that how much time it takes to replace the display i want my phone urgently . is this is your service bull service . my mobile model no is - xolo A-600
