[Resolved] Xolo — Not repaire new XOLO Q600s even after 25 days | |||
I purchase XOLO q600s smart phone having I.M.E.I. No.[protected] on 24/07/2014 .The smart phone was having built in problem which stops SIM frequently and finally it stopped reading both the SIMs. I contacted customer care in the area ‘ Dipika Electronics on 16/08/2014, they sent the set to company vide order No .[protected] for attending problem. I did not get any feed back for the progress and expected date for receipt of my phone till 0date(08/09/2014. It is very much surprising that we find new set with problem and the problem in new phone should have been attended on top priority to keep goodwill of your product in competitive market.
