Hi sir my work order number is[protected]. I have submitted my cell phone at 16 jan 2015. Still not received i have facing problem again and again. Imei [protected] i have come to service center at least for 3 times in a month for the same issue.What happened if i have to submit xolo mobile every time for a long duration it ' s impact my business . You people promise me to get it resolve till 22 jan it was a simple mic issues. Please take immediate action regarding this . Today 29jan i got a call from service center . Mr wasim please wait at least for 8 days because again we require to submit your mobile to the service center. After communicate with toll free number i was answered that the issue was resolved please collect your device from service center i have send mail again and again [protected]@xolo.In but no response .
