I bought Xolo Q3000 on May 2, 2014. It stopped charging within 5 months. I had given it to Shrishti Service centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore for repair. Upon no response from them for around a month, when I went to them again and enquired, they said that the Xolo factory had sent it back without repairing. So they had to resend it to Xolo factory/repair centre and I need to get in touch with g.[protected]@xolo.in. After writing a couple of mails to Xolo care, XOLO care mailed me the charges applicable of Rs 4915.10. When I enquired with the XOLO care of the charges as my phone was in warranty, they asked me to coordinate with the service centre. When I went to the service centre (Shrishi services) they said there are no charges and they cannot say a tentative date of repair.
I have undergone enough of ping pong between the service centre and the xolo care. It has been around 2 months and I have not got my phone back. Hence seeking this platform to take the necessary actions and resolve the issue. The details of my mobile service are given below :
