Dear Team,
I have submitted my mobile for repaired to M/S Ambey Electronics (Sec-18, Noida) due to screen touch problem on 18th June 2014 and required the change new touch screen. My Xolo Q700 is in under warranty. But today is 23rd Jul but they said that mobile repairing pending due part waiting.
I was lots of follow-up with customer care and feedback for this complaint. And I was lots of calls to (M.[protected]) circul officer of Noida Mr. Piyush but he did not respond any calls. I am blind now and i don't know what can i do.
So please provide the status and help me.
