This to inform u that my handset xoloq1000s is not getting repaired by the company i have given my phone on 13feb, 2015 with the work order number[protected]and myIMEInumber is [protected] at comos commnnication sector29 faridabad (harayana) i have call many times in the customer care but they said my phone is under repaired from more than i month has taken place but still i have not got my phone my its with the company on 20 march2015 i got a call from the company that they will give the new phone of that model with upgarded version that is xolo1000splus for that phone i have to pay the amount of 10, 000rs i want to know that y should i pay the amount and whem my phone will given back to me Was this information helpful? |
