i had cell xolo x1000 .it was having various problem so i went in care n submited the cell phone it is in warrenty period ...the care employer tlod me it will be delivered after 25 days . . .it came but after 25days but it was with same problem ..i had talked with care employe he did not respond gudly he replyed with a rough language ...
nw its almost 2 months ..n problem is not yet sloved. n xolo care called me n saying to pay 10000 ...
but, why should i pay the phone is still in warrenty
i had not got any respond from der ...and delivery date was 11th 2015 but i had not got any response Was this information helpful? |
