I bought a Xolo A500s on 26th September 2013 billed by the name of "ANURAG" (IMEI- [protected]). After a few days, I had issues with picking up calls through that phone. Therefore, I submitted it to the customer care center at 201, second floor, sagar plaza, laxmi nagar, metro pillar no.-70 on 9th October 2013. It has been almost over a month and no action regarding my complaint has been taken. The customer care executives say that my phone can't be processed due to shortage of parts. The phone comes with a 1 year warranty, but it has been only a few days and it is creating such a nuisance. All my work is at a standstill.
I want you to look into the matter and take necessary actions for the same so that I can have my phone back as soon as possible. Even a reimbursement can be considered.
