On 06.09.2014, I purchased a new phone, Model No.:Q1000S Plus and IMEI No.:[protected] for XOLO which has guarantee period. i submitted the mobile in the service centre on 14.10.2014 since the phone was not working(i.e., in dead Condition). They Told me that the mobile has to be sent to New Delhi for servicing. I received the phone after service on 04.12.2014. When i received the mobile i was shocked to find that my new phone looks too old. The internal memory has been reduced to 11.35 GB which on purchase was 32 GB. Is there any option for replacing the mobile PHONE. I'm looking forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter. Please contact me by phone at [protected].
