[Resolved] Xolo — Poor service & Faulty product | |||
I had purchase XOLO TAB from online shopping portal "India times.com in November 2013, since then i am giving my TAB to service center, initially it got hanged automatically. I had given for repair3 to 4 times ( vashi/parel/tardeo).in mumbai. Now since 2 month TAB are lying with them. I had given to parel service center & after 1 & half month they told they are unable to repair( mother board problem) & they have to sent to NOIDA for further checking & repair. When my wife & myself are calling to concern person ( Mr.Ashu Maheshwari) he is not picking up our phone. now he knows our cell no. we used to call him whenever there is issues with our TAB. Now i am awaiting reply from NOIDA center, nobody is bother to call back or giving any updates.I had also asked for a fresh piece from Mr.Ashu Maheshawari but he denied the same.
