[Resolved] Xolo — problem arise within warranty period...service centre do nothing | |||
I've purchased xolo Q800x([protected]) on 17/03/2014.some problem arise to my rare camera i.e camera not open...as it is in warranty period..I've submit my phone to xolo customer care( Cyber World 5/1, ANANTA HARI MITRA ROAD, NEAR KRISHNAGAR HIGH SCHOOL, KRISHNAGAR, NADIA CITY: Krishnanagar PINCODE: 741101 CONTACT MANAGER: Mr. Santanu Dhar CONTACT PERSON: Mr. Santanu Dhar CONTACT NUMBER: [protected]) on 22/01/2015...but they repeatedly give me false date and false assurance...they cheat me...still my mobile got stagnant to them...they also gave me a false date(i.e, 4/03/15) to my receive copy...please do something as my warranty period going away soon.
