Credit Note against damaged handset
First Time
I had given handset for the first time to Abhishek Technologies (XOLO customer care) in the month of Nov-14 for the problem of automatic on/off even in case of 100% charging. After receipt of handset from XOLO care centre, problem for which handset given continued.
Second Time
For repairing of mobile for same problem, I had given again to Abhishek Technologies (XOLO customer care) and they put the handset for two days for inspection and return to me after saying no defect found at customer care level.
Third time
I had given handset for the same problem via work order number [protected]" to RF department from Abhishek Technologies (customer care). I received my handset since 10 days from date of submission. After receipt of handset, within two days of normal working, same problem continued.
Also New problem of Disturbance in Outgoing calls started.
Forth & Fifth Time
Again given to Abhishek Technologies (XOLO customer care) for solution via work order number[protected] to RF department for repairing. Still not found any solution.
Sixth time
Lastly given handset for repairing to new Service centre named “shreeji Communication” (Old service centre closed) for above problems via work order[protected]. They put my handset under observation for two days to find out actual problem and returned it on third day. After using a week, problem for which phone given start again.
Warranty of my handset over in the month of May. I already given handset for different or same reason number of times but no solution was found from service center level. Now suggest what is the final solution of my handset?
Hence Issue Credit note of Rs.11, 999/- (Invoice attached) so that I can buy new handset from market otherwise I will file complain to customer court for bad handset service. Was this information helpful? |
