[Resolved] Xolo — Problem with Xolo Era | |||
I am Prasang and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I purchased 2 Xolo Era phone from snapdeal offer on 7th Aug and 30 Jul. The seller is LAVA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED-VOI India. The problem with phone is that contact are deleted automatically and I am not able to see all the contacts in my contact list. This is the problem with both the phones that i purchased from snapdeal.I have also gone through with other users opinion and they are also mentioning the same problem. Is this the company's strategy to dump the defective products on such a offer basis to lure the customer. It is complete wastage of money even if it is launched at lower price. Request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I request a refund of the handset as this is cheating on the part of company to clear their stock of defective products to end customer in the name of lower price. Was this information helpful? | |||
