Hello Sir/Ma'am, I bought a Xolo handset (Xolo Play 8X 1100) on 15 Dec 2014. They were giving Gift with some suggested handsets like Q 1020, 8X 1000, Q1010i and Play 8X 1100 from 6th Dec. So, I applied for the same on 28th . This scheme of JBL headphones got ended on 30th Dec and started one more time after this. After the click on last button, a message was shown that was saying that "Please check your registered mail for updates". Till now, I haven't got Headphones. And not even a Single Mail from that JBL offer. I called Xolo Customer care Three to Four times but they didn't even know of the offer. I even shared my concern with Xolo's Facebook page. They just kept saying "Please wait for sometime. Your handsets will definitely reach you". I also talked to Xolo's JBL offer care at [protected]@xolo.in but to no avail. Now they are not even replying me after 2 emails from them on 6th and 7th Jan. This is all I have to say. I'am also having the screenshots of the "Registering JBL headphones Screens". Please Do Something Useful. Thanks.
