Dear Sir,
I am Ramesh G I had purchased the XOLO Q3000 mobile on 20.07.2014 in Chennai and its IMEI No is ([protected]). The device is working fine without any issues for two months, but suddenly after two months the Rear and the Front camera was not working properly. I submitted the mobile in Xolo care centre in Bangalore on 27.09.2014. While receiving they informed me that It will take approximately 10 or 15 business days. They informed that the mobile was sent to Noida head office. So far I haven't received any proper update regarding this mobile. Kindly please let me know the status of my mobile. Currently I not using any smart phone and totally upset. Or else Please replace the as soon as possible.
