[Resolved]  Xolo — Regarding delay in delivering the handset.

Hi, My self Pranesh from Bengaluru(Karnataka-560066). I took the Xolo Q1000 White on 7th May from Amazon. When I took the handset I got a display issue and I visited local xolo service center they took the handset and sent it to noida for additional repair . They took almost 20-25 days to get it back. Now again I got a problem about battery backup. And even I purchased new xolo q1000 battery from flipkart but issue was with handset, so i went to local xolo service center and explained the issue on 9th of dec 2014. And they sent it to noida on 11th of dec 2014. From that day onwards daily I am calling to customer care and asking about the mobile. Daily they will tell as "Your mobile is under repair at Noida" and then they will tell as " we have escalated your issue you will get back your mobile very soon" . So kindly let me know how many days they need to repair. You guys will give the warranty of 12months in that 2months mobile is under repair and that too present at Noida service center. Please do the needful.

hello, i had hang, touch and camera problem in my xolo mobile, so i contact service centre, they said that they had to submit mobile and send it to company, so i did it. I submit my mobile to service centre and they said that i'll get my mobile back in 10-15 days or maximum 25 days. But 25 days are over and they still saying mobile is in company, they don't have the parts & they need time. I'm really frustrate and really very much dissatisfy with the service.
So, please do something to this matter.
