[Resolved]  Xolo — regarding failure of switching on a xolo a600

i bought 2nd hand xolo a600 mobile and it was already secured by previous user by xolo secure app now i want to factory reset my a600 as it is struck on switching on but xolo secure app is not allowing me to factory reset the device plz help me
