Respected Sir, Date- 30 June 2015 I am using xolo mobile handset Model no-play8x -1100/IMEI NO-[protected]/work order no[protected] Purchase Date 12 Dec 2014 mobile is creating problem with the battery is not working and earphone is not working I have contact your authorized service center (Ahuja Mobile Gwalior) I have submitted my Mobile Battery and earphone on dated 1st June 2015 under 6 Month Guaranty Period service centre representative told me your battery coming after 10 days but till pending more then 30 days I have always contact xolo Mobile customer care but I am not satisfied with your service center and with your Customer care they have't given me confirm date my battery and earphone I am very disappointed with your service I have visited at your service center more then 20 time but I am not satisfied with your service at all, for that I have decided to follow the steps of consumer forum court.
