I Purchase Xolo Play 8x 1100 on 11 Nov 2014 i used it for 3 months after that there is a problem in the lock key i get the phone to the service centre uttam nagar they take my phone for about 2 weeks after that they return it to me but again it shows same prob I again give it back to them but they said we have done to our best and after that till now it remains useless yesterday i again go to the service centre they again take my phone and repair it in a few minutes at that time it works good but again after 2 hours it shows same problem they gave me work order no.[protected]. Today again i go to the service centre and handover it to the tellers and they give work order sheet that i have enclosed it to u. I request please take serious action regarding this and if not then please issue me a new phone or refund my money. Otherwise I will take legal action regarding this.
