Ashwani kumar, I purchased xoloQ600S on 20/08/2014. So my handset is under warranty. I am troubling with 3G network on this handset. I contacted with customer care as well as with care centre. They have not any solution for my problem. Now they told me that it will take 4 to 5 weeks. They also told me that there is no provision under which they can give me spare handset while my handset is under repair. What will i use in those 5 weeks? Am i wasting my money and time?
I want a spare handset while my handset is under repair.
