Greetings from Animesh,
User of XOLO-Q1000S, I have purchase this phone on 3.1.2014 and in last 10 month this phone is in customer care twice because of its technical fault. first fault is almost 4 months back when its motherboard was dead that time Your local channel partner Shree Ji Communication in meerut is taking almost 26 days to do the needful, and again my display was broken and the phone was submited at Shree ji communication ason 25.9.2014, (Job Sheet no is 5430) either to replace the phone with XOLO-1010i or to change the display of my phone,
But after spending one month and 2 days no responce from Shree ji communciation and when so ever i m trying to be in touch with them, either their phone is off or not pickerd up by them, and if by mistake it is picked-up they told me that my phone is in company and this will take another 10-15 days to come back.
did i purchase XOLO to see the customare care again and again, if Shree ji communication is not intrested to correct the same than keep this phone with them only i will think that any thief is stolen my phone and now i phone less, and in futher future i m not going to recommend for XOLO to anyone.
Hope u can understand my problem and looking your positive responce in the same regard.
